Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- A copy of the original invoice must be included
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear & Socks (for hygiene reasons)
- Swimwear (if hygiene seal is removed)
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged
- Personalized or custom-made items

Within 24-48 hours, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions from our customer service team.
Step 3: Package Your Items
Carefully package the items in their original condition with all tags attached. Include the original invoice and the Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Send your package to our returns centre using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return package as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method through the same payment gateway used for purchase.

Exchange Process
